Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in B2B delivery and subcontracting services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and prospects
Conduct outbound outreach, respond to inbound leads, and manage the full sales cycle
Present tailored logistics solutions based on client needs and industry requirements
Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth service onboarding
Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and client feedback
Support the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns to grow client base

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition (logistics industry preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored service offerings
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
Basic understanding of logistics, transport, or supply chain services
Full UK driving licence is a plus for in-person client visits
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BSc) in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Requirements
